The Stop-Smoking method I
employ in my clinic is based on the proven,
research verified, program as designed
and taught by Mr. Rob Kelly (Clinical director of the

This method has a
client reported track record of helping
smokers stop smoking easily in a single 1 hour
session of 95% - higher than any other form of
smoking cessation intervention such as gum /
patches, medication, standard suggestion hypnosis,
NLP, self help books etc
The organisation has hundreds
of practitioners world wide (of which I am a member) and
specialises in a form of therapy that is very effective
at resolving the root cause of an

What allows IAPH members
achieve even better success rates than
this is that not only do you get
the benefit of suggestion hypnotherapy for stop smoking,
you also go through a process of
changing how you view and
think about smoking
first, before the hypnotic stop-smoking
suggestions are administered.
Changing your
understanding of the smoking
habit before you are hypnotized to
accept the suggestion that you 'are now a non-smoker
and will remain so for life', ensures that
your mind is fully prepared, ready and willing
to deeply accept your new perspective of yourself as a
non-smoker.
In other words the talk
before the hypnosis part relieves and releases
all concerns you have
about being a non-smoker, worries, doubts and
fears that it won't work for you, it cuts through
and belief you have at the beginning that quitting is
difficult, or that it's a chemical addiction, or that
you can't be hypnotised.

effects commonly experienced by smokers who try

This treatment
removes the Need AND the Desire To Smoke. You
won't need nicotine gum or patches. No inhalers or nasal

stop yourself for yourself (as opposed to being
told you have to stop by somebody else) and

It Works Even With
Smokers who have been smoking for decades.
It doesn't matter if you've
smoked for 2 weeks or 40 years, 2 cigarettes a day or
forty a day, your smoking habit can be eliminated easily
in one hour.
A couple of
things to ponder about smoking:

so dangerous? Within each cigarette can be
found a cocktail of 4000 chemicals. Some of the
headline chemicals are:
- Ammonia - found in toilet cleaners
- Acetone - found in nail varnish remover
- Cadmium - a highly poisonous metal used in
batteries
- Vinyl Chloride - used to make PVC
- Napthtalene - found in moth balls
- Carbon Monoxide - a poisonous gas
- Tar - a sticky chemical (what cigarettes
mostly deposits in lungs)
- Nicotine - believed to be a fast-acting and
addictive drug.
- Cyanide - a poisonous gas.
- Formaldehyde - a preservative
- Arsenic - poison.
